If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you received a damaged or faulty item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us via our 'contact' form or by emailing info@weekendwarriorcustoms.com. Please include your order number and a picture and description of the problem. Additionally, if your item(s) break under normal use, we will replace them at no cost to you. We back our products 100%.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Contact us via our 'contact' form or by emailing info@weekendwarriorcustoms.com. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping back to us, at buyer's expense. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
